Swanville is a small community, with the help of volunteers and local residents, we can be huge.
Community Center Schedule:
Julie Hollerman and John Dragseth are appointed to manage the schedule and care of the Community Center. The Community Center has a full kitchen, tables, and chairs in the basement that may be rented. You may rent the Community Center for $25.00. Call Julie Hollerman at 547-2291 to schedule a date.
City Park Schedule:
Sandy Lange and Lonny Hutchins are responsible for any Park managing concerns. Lonny Hutchins manages the park schedule. Please call him at (320)630-3200. Starting January 1st, 2014, the City of Swanville will be asking for a $200.00 refundable deposit and proof of insurance due before you rent the building to hold your date. Rent prices will be as of January 1st, 2019 $125.00.

The City of Swanville has developed a Wellhead Protection Plan starting February 1st, 2016. The Council has appointed Lonny Hutchins and Jim Molitor as co-managers of the Plan.

First State Bank of Swanville will be the designated depository for the City. The bond of the City will be set at $12,000.00.
